The Venue of the Symposium
Special issue in the journal Boreal Environment Research:
Articles based on oral and poster presentations will be published in a special issue of the peer-reviewed journal
Boreal Environment Research (BER). The researchers willing to
publish their presented results were kindly asked to submit a manuscript to BER by 31.12.2010.
Guidelines for writing a manuscript for BER can be found from "Instructions to Authors"
at the website of BER. A special issue of BER requires 64 printed pages. In order to get
enough pages for a special issue, we encourage you to submit a manuscript related to the theme of symposium.
The manuscripts will be sent as PDF-files directly to BER 
along with a filled-in submission form. The form can be found from "Submission"
at the website of BER. The subject of the message should be: "BER Messages from Birds".

The Symposium took place in Hanasaari, Espoo, just outside the western border of
Helsinki.
