Maj and Tor Nessling Foundation will organise its seventh environmental symposium with a new theme around the year 2013. Stay tuned for that!

Maj and Tor Nessling Foundation held its Sixth Environmental Symposium The Global Environmental Change: Messages from Birds in cooperation with BirdLife Finland 17.-19.11.2010. The symposium venue was Hanasaari in Espoo. The symposium highlighted the current simultaneous changes in the environment. The usability of birds in observing, forecasting and interpreting the changes was a central question.
