Instructions for reporting

Those receiving Nessling foundation's funding have to report the progress of the research and use of funds by the end of February following the research year.

Reporting must be done through the E-Nessi-system.

Supplementary material (detailed progress reports, manuscripts, offprints, books etc.) can be sent to the foundation as email attachments or by regular mail.

Log in to E-Nessi and choose Reporting. Information can be added to the fields and edited by using the Edit command. Descriptions on the most important results and their applicability are of special interest to the foundation. Publications generated during the project are to be filled in Publications and they are to be separated as follows from Type of publication:


1. Articles
1.1 Articles published in peer-reviewed international journals
1.2 Articles published in peer-reviewed international edited publications (including peer-reviewed conference publications)
1.3 Articles published in national journals
1.4 Articles published in national edited publications or conference preceedings
2. Graduate work
2.1 Doctoral issertation
2.2 Licentiate thesis
2.3 Pro gradu -thesis or diploma work
3. Conference abstracts
4. Other publications
5. Patents

NOTICE! Please remember to inform the Foundation about dissertations generated out of projects even after the ending of projects!
